Enrichment Technology’s business concerns the development and supply of gas centrifuge technology used for the enrichment of uranium. We develop, manufacture, supply and install gas centrifuges. These are used in enrichment plants to enrich uranium so that it can be used in nuclear reactors.
In addition to this we also design enrichment plants that use gas centrifuge technology, and provide project management for the construction of these plants.
Our mission
Our technology occupies a critical place in the nuclear fuel cycle, the process that turns mined uranium into a product suitable for use in a nuclear power plant. Without enrichment, today’s nuclear reactors would not be able to function.
At Enrichment Technology we believe that gas centrifuge technology is the most realistic, most efficient technology for enriching uranium, now and in the future. It is our mission to be the supplier of choice for uranium enrichment technology, throughout the global nuclear energy industry.
Where we operate
Enrichment Technology has its head office in Marlow, UK and its operational headquarters in Almelo in the Netherlands. Currently Enrichment Technology operates five subsidiary companies, operating in five countries across Europe and the USA:
